ART COACHING
Where creativity meets personal growth

Art is so much more than making something beautiful.
It’s a powerful tool for processing emotions, building confidence, and unlocking new ways of thinking. Through creative expression, both children and adults can develop self-awareness, reduce stress, and explore their inner world in a safe, supportive space.

As an art coach, I combine creativity with a gentle, individualized approach, meeting each person where they are. Whether you’re working through challenging emotions, looking to reconnect with your creative side, or simply seeking a moment of calm, art coaching provides a unique pathway for growth. Sessions are always tailored to your needs, ensuring a positive and encouraging experience for everyone involved.

Who is Art Coaching for?
-
Children: To help them process emotions, improve focus, and build confidence in a fun, creative way.
-
Adults: To support emotional well-being, reduce stress, and provide a space for reflection and self-discovery.
-
Available as individual sessions or group workshops, designed to suit your specific goals and needs.

The Confident Colors Program

I developed the Confident Colors Program to provide children aged 5-12 with a creative and supportive way to build self-esteem and resilience.

Through three individually themed art sessions (plus a concluding session), kids can explore their strengths, emotions, and creativity in a fun and hands-on environment. This program is also available for schools and BSO’s, providing an engaging way to support emotional growth in a group setting.
